0,5 kg shrimp
140 g red caviar
4 potatoes (medium)
4 eggs
parsley
olives
mayonnaise
Shrimp boil with the addition of black peppercorns, salt and Bay leaf.
Boil the potatoes and eggs, peel, grate on medium grater.
Shrimp cut in half and divide into two equal parts.
Put salad "Shrimp under a fur coat" layers, each proslava mayonnaise: first, mayonnaise, then ? shrimp, again mayonnaise, potatoes, eggs, shrimp, caviar.
Before serving the salad "Shrimp under a fur coat" should infuse in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, garnish salad with olives, parsley and shrimp.
