Rice salad with shrimp and anchovies
Required Products:
125 g rice
6 pcs. anchovy fillets
250 g peeled shrimp
20 g lettuce
10 g green celery
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1/2 Art. l. lemon juice
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Boil the rice in salted water, fold in a colander, ohladite.Latuk and finely chop the celery, connect with shrimp and rice.
For the sauce, combine butter with lemon juice, salt, pepper, add the chopped anchovy fillets and stir.
Season the salad prepared sauce.
