Salad "Sea flower"
Required products:
crabs or
60 g shrimp - pulp
100 g anchovy fillets
120 g potatoes
120 g carrots
160 g celery
120 g apples
120 g beans
50 g the leaves of green salad
40 g olives
50 g green peas - young pods
50 g pickles
2 PCs egg
25 g greens
200 g mayonnaise

85 g the salted herring fillets
Potatoes, carrots, celery boil separately, let cool and cut into small cubes. Beans and peas clean from the tips and streaks, cut diamonds, boil and drain in a colander. Apples and cucumbers cut into cubes.
Prepared vegetables connect, add some chopped anchovy fillets and herring, season with mayonnaise, mix well.
Put the resulting mass slide on lettuce, lay on top, alternating slices of boiled eggs, olives, slices of crab apples, herring and anchovies. Sprinkle a few chopped herbs.
