Salad "Nice"
Required Products:
200 g tuna in oil - pulp
250 g anchovies (or anchovy, sprat, anchovy) - fillets
2 pcs. egg
4 pcs. tomatoes
2 pcs. boiled potatoes (in "uniform")
100 g green beans
2 pcs. sweet pepper
100 g black olives
100 g chopped celery greens
1 Art. l. olive oil
1 Art. l. wine vinegar
salt, ground black pepper to taste
Anchovy fillets pour oil.
Beans simmered until tender, each pod cut into 2-3 pieces.
Potato slice. Tomatoes cut into slices and pepper - julienne.
Vegetables connect with chopped tuna flesh. Add the anchovies, a mixture of finely chopped olives and eggs, pour the vinegar, sprinkle with pepper and salt. Stir.
When serving put in a salad bowl and sprinkle with herbs.
