60 g canned tuna in oil
6 pcs. anchovies
1 red onion - head
150 g green beans green
3 pcs. tomatoes
3 pcs. boiled egg
60 g black olives
2 Art. l. basil finely chopped
4 Art. l. olive oil
2 Art. l. lemon juice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Chop the onion straws. Rinse the beans, blanch in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes vtechenie. Water drain, cool beans. Tomatoes and eggs cut into slices.
Anchovies, cut in half lengthwise, chop tuna.
Connect olive oil with lemon juice, salt, pepper.
Before serving, lay in the middle of the beans dish. Lay the tomatoes around, alternating
with onions, black olives, anchovies, tuna, egg quarters. Pour the prepared sauce, sprinkle with basil.
