Mediterranean salad
Required products:
1 PCs head lettuce small
225 g beans
225 g potatoes
4 PCs eggs boiled
1 PCs sweet green pepper
1 PCs onion
200 g tuna canned in its own juice
50 g Edam cheese grated
8 PCs tomatoes
50 g black olives, pitted
Basil
ground black pepper
salt
Cut lettuce into 4 pieces and remove the stump. Disassemble.Boil the beans and potatoes until tender. Drain, cool and chop the beans and potato slices.
Sweet pepper cut into strips, remove the seeds. Finely chop the onion.
To prepare filling connect 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 4 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1-2 teaspoons of powdered sugar, displaced site.
Beans, potatoes, eggs, sweet pepper and onion mix. Add tuna, 4 tablespoons of filling, cheese and sliced tomatoes.
