Quick salad with tuna, beans and potatoes
200 g tomatoes
200 g green beans
50 g onion
4 tuber potatoes
1 Bank tuna in oil
Beans boiled until tender, chop onion and marinate in vinegar.
Potatoes wash, peel, cut into thin circles, in boiling water, boil until tender, adding some salt at the end of cooking, then cover with cold water and allow to cool.
To chop tomatoes, combine with onions and beans, stir.
Put the potatoes on a plate, place on top of mixed vegetables, put them on the tuna and make a quick salad with tuna, beans and potatoes to the table.
