Greek salad with tuna
For this recipe you will need:
150 g rice (white dlinozerny)
1/2 h. l. Salt (to taste)
1 pcs. onion
150 g tomatoes
2 Art. l. lemon juice
black pepper (ground) - to taste
75 g sweet pepper
2 pcs. chicken egg
75 g black olives
150 g tuna (canned in its own juice)
30 g lettuce
2 h. l. red wine vinegar
300 g beans white
Cook rice in any suitable for long-grain rice manner, fold and set aside to cool.
Remove the beans from the can, dry. Remove the tuna from the can crush with a fork. Finely chop green pepper, onion and olives. Mix rice, beans, tuna, chopped peppers, onions and olives in a roomy bowl. Mix thoroughly, add the vinegar, salt and pepper, cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Boil the eggs, peel and cut each into four parts. Tomatoes cut into slices.
Bowl or large plate lay lettuce leaves and place in center of salad dishes. Garnish with tomatoes and eggs.
