Tuna salad "nikuaz"
For this recipe you will need:
180 ml olive oil
60 ml vinegar
1/2 h. l. pepper
1/2 h. l. mustard (dry)
1 h. l. salt
30 ml lemon juice
8 pcs. potatoes (boiled and chopped)
1 pcs. green onion (finely chopped)
225 g beans (blanched)
4 lettuce - leaf
4 pcs. tomatoes
4 pcs. eggs (hard boiled)
500 ml tuna (canned)
12 pcs. olives (pitted)
8 pcs. anchovies (fillet)
1 Art. l. basil (fresh leaves)
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and salt. Mix half of the resulting sauce with potatoes. Put 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Mix 1/4 of the sauce with onions and beans. Mix beans with potatoes.
Put on a chilled plate of lettuce leaves. Lay them on top of the salad. Then put the tomatoes, eggs, tuna, olives and anchovies. Pour the remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
