Gentle warm salad with beans and tuna
For the omelet:
100 ml mineral water with gas / milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
4-5 stems green onions
2 eggs
black pepper, salt
For the salad:
200 g green beans
200 g green leaf lettuce
2 banks tuna oil (180 g)
4 boiled eggs
1/2: sweet red, yellow and green peppers, red onions
For the filling:
100 ml vegetable oil
50 g lemon juice
1 denticle garlic
2 tablespoons sweet mustard (mixed with honey)
1 tablespoons chopped dill
Stir all the ingredients for the sauce, whisk whisk.
Beans are put in boiling salted water, cook for 4-5 minutes, drain the water, pour over the beans in cold water, chop.
Beat eggs with milk / water to prepare thin omelette, cut it into strips or slices.
Vystelit salad bowl lettuce, put sliced peppers, scrambled eggs, beans, onions (semicircles), tuna (drained oil), pepper and salt, season the sauce, mix gently and apply a light warm salad with beans and tuna to the table.
