Tuna salad, two kinds of beans and tomatoes
400 g canned white beans
200 g green beans
250 g cherry tomatoes
4 stem green onions
2 steak Tuna (225 g)
olive oil
lettuce
mint
parsley
Filling:
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 pinch chopped fresh mint
1 pinch chopped fresh parsley
1 denticle garlic
pepper
salt
With canned beans drained, chopped green onions, tomatoes cut in half.
Combine all the ingredients for the filling (garlic passed through the press) and mix.
In salt water, boil the green beans for 3 minutes, put to the same white beans, boil still 4 minutes, drain the water, put the beans in a gas station, add the chopped green onions.
Pour olive oil fish, rub it with salt and pepper and fry steaks (thick they should be about 2 cm) to 2 minutes on a hot frying pan, let cool.
Put the vegetables tomatoes, lettuce salad bowl vystelit, put vegetable mixture, top with steak, sliced.
