Vegetable salad with anchovy
Required products:
200 g the salted anchovy fillets
1 PCs cucumbers
1 PCs tomatoes
1 PCs carrots
60 g the leaves of green salad
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. vinegar 3%
parsley
4 PCs boiled potatoes
Potato, cucumber and tomato cut into thin slices. Finely chop a piece of leaf lettuce. Carrots cut into thin slices, simmered in butter with a little water. Cool.The prepared vegetables and sliced anchovy put layers on a platter lined with lettuce leaves. Season with oil and vinegar.
Decorate with greens.
