Sandwiches with tomato and anchovy
2 sausages
2 Art. l. 2 tomatoes or. tomato paste
4 slices of rye bread
100 g hard cheese
Cook the sausages in boiling water for 10 minutes. Clear from the film, each cut in half lengthwise.
Cut the cheese into 4 pieces, tomatoes cut into slices.
On slices of bread put the halves sausages, followed by 2 slices of tomatoes (or tomato paste sausage grease), cover with cheese plastics.
Bake for 30 seconds at full power in a microwave oven or 15 minutes in the oven at 250 degrees.
