Tomatoes stuffed with cottage cheese
12 tomatoes
200 g granular cheese
1 tbsp. tomato puree
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
white pepper
salt
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and remove from them the pulp, salt and pepper.
Combine cottage cheese with onion, pepper and salt, mix well, fill the tomatoes with this filling, cover with the tops of the tomatoes, put them in a baking dish.
Tomato pulp to connect with tomato puree and RUB, salt, drizzle with a mixture of tomatoes.
Baked stuffed tomatoes at full power in a microwave oven for 5 minutes or in the oven.
