Appetizer of stuffed tomatoes with feta cheese
250 g Feta cheese (brine)
50 g sour cream
5 tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
black olives
basil
Garlic is clean, pass it through the press and mix with sour cream.
Crumble the cheese, add garlic and sour cream mixture, rub in a uniform thick creamy mass.
Cut off tops of tomatoes, remove the spoon pulp and seeds.
Put cooked garlic cream cheese in a pastry bag, squeeze mixture into the cup of the tomato, remove them in the cold.
Before serving appetizer of stuffed tomatoes with feta cheese is made with olives and basil or chives or otherwise to taste.
