Boats peppers stuffed with feta cheese
10 sweet peppers
5 eggs
1.5 glass shredded cheese
2 Art. l. wheat flour

2 Art. l. chopped parsley
salt
Pepper bake and peel, remove seeds, cut into "boats", salt.
1 cup cheese mixed with 2 eggs and finely chopped greens. Get minced pepper to fill the boat.
Beat the flour with the addition of the remaining eggs.
In the egg mixture dip peppers and fry them on the grill until golden brown.
Before serving, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
