Rolls-boats
Offer a recipe in a cooking receptacle for those who don't like long messing around in the kitchen, but he loves a good meal or hearty wishes to feed her husband. It is easy to use, fast, and looks nice. You will need the most simple ingredients, which you can buy at the local supermarket. The filling can be changed to your liking. I used a fairly common mix of meat and mushrooms. Tomato gives its juiciness, well baked cheese speaks for itself.
Ingredients:
- long rolls (meat I had 5 rolls)
- about 300 g chicken
- 350 g mushrooms
- 5 tomatoes
- 2-3 tbsp. fatty milk or cream
- 150 g cheese
- greens
- vegetable oil and butter for frying
Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes + 20 minutes for baking.
Method of preparation:
Chicken wash, get rid of unnecessary details. Cut into pieces about 1*1 see Onions cut into cubes, fry it in a mixture of vegetable oil and butter. Mushrooms cut into slices, add to the onions.
When the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates, add the chopped chicken meat.
Simmer all together with the addition of cream, about 5-8 minutes. While the stew meat, bread rolls, cut in half, remove the pulp.
