Meat rolls stuffed olives
250 g cut into chops meat
100 g mushrooms
2 onions
? sweet pepper
? glass chopped tomatoes
? glass wine
2 tbsp. finely chopped black olives
2 tbsp. sour cream
This hot Christmas meal perfectly decorate the Christmas table, great for anyone who is going to gather.
Beat the meat, season with salt.
For the filling, chop the onion and mushrooms and fry them until soft, add 1 tbsp sour cream, pepper and salt, cook until thick mixture.
Put the stuffing on the meat, add olives, collapse all the rolls, secure with toothpicks.
Preparation of sauce: onion and pepper and fry, add the tomatoes, pour the wine, pepper and salt, add spices, and cook for 10 minutes
Meat rolls to put in a baking dish, pour the prepared sauce, cover with foil, cook in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40-50 minutes until tender.
