Pork rolls with chanterelles
700 g pork neck
500 g chanterelle
4 onions
spices
wine
greens
This New Year's dish perfectly decorate the Christmas table, and it tastes great appeal to all.
Pork chop not thick plastics, sprinkle with spices, 2 onions cut into rings, add the meat, pour all the wine, remove at night in the cold for marinating.
Chanterelles cut into cubes, finely chop the onion, fry separately, then combine, add chopped greens.
Marinated meat beat off, put on a layer of filling, roll up and secure with toothpicks rolls, rolls cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, then 5 minutes under the grill or fry until golden brown.
Before serving on the New Year's table draw rolls of pork with herbs chanterelles, out onto a plate.
