300 g meat

100 g fungi

2 onions

? sweet pepper

? glass chopped tomatoes

? glass wine



2 Art. l. sliced olives

2 Art. l. sour cream

vegetable fat

ground black pepper

This Christmas appetizer really like all the guests and decorate the Christmas table.

Slice the meat plastics, repelling, pepper and salt.

Preparation of the filling: 1 onion finely chopped, fry in vegetable oil, mushrooms, cut into cubes, add to the onions and fry until cooked all the mushrooms, add 1 tablespoon sour cream, pepper and stew, covered, for 10 minutes.

Put the filling on each piece of meat, roll to roll, secure with toothpicks.

Preparation of the sauce: fry the rest of the onion, pepper, add the tomatoes, fry, add wine, pepper and salt and simmer for 10 minutes under the lid.

New Year's put meat rolls with mushrooms in a baking dish, pour sauce on top, cover with foil, bake at 200 degrees for 40-50min.
