Festive rolls of salmon with mushrooms
600 g salmon fillet

350 g oyster
1 h. l. fennel seeds
1 h. l. sesame seeds
seasoning for fish

This Christmas appetizer is very pleasant to all guests, perfectly decorate the Christmas table.
Cut into pieces a la carte fish, sprinkle with seasoning mixed with sesame seeds and dill, salt.
Sliced oyster mushrooms evenly put on slices of fish, close all rolls, wrap them in foil and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Before serving sprinkle with festive New Year's table rolls of salmon with mushrooms with lemon juice, garnish with greens.
