400 g salted salmon fillet
salmon which to choose? we'll show

200 g canned salmon

150 g cottage cheese

3 eggs

1 Art. l. chopped parsley

2 h. l. ketchup

1 h. l. lemon juice

Grind salmon with a fork, combine with cream cheese, lemon juice, herbs and ketchup.

Cut the salmon stripes, each lay out the filling, roll salmon rolls, put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Before serving, put the rolls with salmon on a plate, garnish with slices of boiled egg.

This Christmas snack and enjoy all the wonderful grace the New Year's table.
