Salmon rolls with butter
200 g fillet salted salmon
150 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
50 g dill
? lemon
4 tbsp. water
2 tsp. gelatin
parsley
salt
Soak the gelatine to swell in cold boiled water, to dissolve in a water bath.
Cut the salmon fillet in a meat grinder, combine the gelatin and mix.
Put the weight on the plastic wrap with a layer about a half-centimeter in size.
Fish oil softened mixed with finely chopped parsley oil, collapse all roll.
Remove salmon rolls with butter in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then cut into slices.
