Pancake rolls with salmon
Dough:
3 eggs
2 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
2 glass wheat flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated hard cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
? tsp. salt
1 a pinch of soda
Stuffing:
500 g fillet of salmon
1 onions
2 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. chopped dill
salt
All of the ingredients for the dough to make the pancake batter, bake thin pancakes.
Boiled fillet of salmon until tender, adding salt, grind in a meat grinder with onions, then add the melted margarine, parsley and mix thoroughly.
Put stuffing on each pancake, roll pancakes tubes, then fry the pancake rolls with salmon in butter.
Before serving pancake rolls with salmon, sprinkle with grated cheese.
