Pancakes:

500 ml milk

300 g fillet of trout/salmon

200 ml sour cream

150 g cheese

Combine all the ingredients for the pancake dough in the usual way to cook pancakes on a frying pan with a diameter of about 24 cm should be about 8-12 pancakes.

Fish fillets cut into cubes, peel and finely chop the onion, wash and finely chop parsley.

Pan with butter heat, saut the onion, put the fish and fry for 5 minutes, sprinkle with flour, stir fry for another minute, add the cream, bring all to a boil, and then pour in the milk, while stirring, cook until thick.

Put julienne in the centre of each pancake, sprinkle with cheese, rising edge, to form the bags, tie them with herbs.

Put the bags in a form, greased with butter and bake for about 10-15 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
