Pancake rolls with fish
Pancakes:
500 ml milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
1.5 glass flour
2 eggs
10 g vegetable oil
1 Art. l. sugar
1/8 h. l. soda
? h. l. salt
Filling:
cream cheese
100 g trout / salmon
Connect and beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and baking soda, pour the warm milk, gradually introduce the flour, stir until smooth, pour vegetable oil.
Prepare thin pancakes in the usual way.
Cooled pancakes on the one hand to lubricate cream cheese, put another pancake, do so few rolls, turning pancakes pairs.
Slice the rolls, fish, chop finely, twist roses.
