Christmas hot "Spicy salmon"
100 ml cream
50 g hard cheese
4 g rosemary
8 olives
2 slices of lemon
1 salmon steak

Cut with a piece of salmon skin, pepper and salt fish, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with rosemary, leave for 20 minutes.
On each side of the fish fry for 3 min in a frying pan.
Place the salmon in a baking dish, lined with black olives, cut in half and pour the cream, bake at 200 degrees, covered, for 20 minutes.
