Steak Salmon with rosemary"
1,5 kg pink salmon (8 identical steaks)
50 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. rosemary
1 tsp. salt
? tsp. red pepper
Breaded in flour steaks of salmon, pre-mixed it with pepper and salt, fry every 3-4 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other.
Put the fish pieces in a bowl for baking, sprinkle the rosemary on top of each to put on plastic butter (they should completely cover the fish).
