Steak with sesame and rosemary
400-500 g lean beef or veal
100 g sesame
1 egg
rosemary, salt, black pepper to taste
Wash and clean the meat of the film, sprinkle with rosemary leaves and black pepper and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
Before cooking, clean the meat from the old rosemary, cut into flat pieces, repel, salt and sprinkle with fresh rosemary leaves. In a separate plate and sprinkle sesame beat the egg. Dip each slice in the egg, collapses in sesame and fry in a pan for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown in sesame.
Serve with fresh herbs or salad.
