Sticks with sesame pork
500 g lean pork
100 g cheese
100 g sesame
70 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
vegetable oil
black pepper
salt
Meat, rinse, Pat dry, even slightly frozen to cut into discs about 1 cm thick, then each of them cut into strips about 1 cm wide.
Salt and pepper mayonnaise to coat the meat sticks, then put them on a baking sheet greased with butter, sprinkle with grated cheese (grate).
On a dry pan fry the sesame seeds 1 minute, to remove heat, to leave the sesame seeds on the stove, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle meat sticks sesame seeds.
Preparing sticks with sesame pork at a temperature of 220 degrees for 25 minutes in preheated oven.
