Pie with cheese and cauliflower
700 g cauliflower
20 g Basil
8-10 eggs
2 glass grated cheese
1,5 glass flour

1 red onion
7,5 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. black sesame seeds
2,5 tsp. baking powder
? tsp. rosemary
? tsp. ground turmeric

Peel the onion, Basil and rosemary chopped.
To disassemble the cauliflower into florets, put them into a saucepan, sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt, pour water over medium heat to boil for 15-20 minutes until tender, drain the water, drain in a colander.
Onion cut in half, part of one half cut into thin half rings and defer the rest of the chop onion coarsely and fry in a pan in olive oil with rosemary about 8 minutes, allow to cool.
Beat eggs, combine with onion mixture and remaining olive oil, stir, add Basil, baking powder, flour, cheese, turmeric, 1,5 teaspoon of salt and pepper, stir to combine with egg mixture, then add the cauliflower, stir.
In a baking dish put the parchment, brush with oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, including the sides, fill the form of the test, to put on top of the onion rings.
Bake pie with cheese and cauliflower in a preheated 175 degree oven for about 45 minutes until Golden brown, served both hot and cold.
