Cauliflower with Cheese
400 g cauliflower
150 g cheddar cheese
150 g Parmesan cheese
1 glass milk

2 Art. l. wheat flour
white pepper
salt
Pour into the pan 1, 5 liters of water, bring it to a boil, add the parsed into florets of cauliflower, cook for 10 minutes.
Dissolve the flour with milk, warm the mixture does not boil.
On a fine grater grate the cheddar and? parmesan, connect with milk mixture, salt and pepper.
Fold the cabbage in a colander, then transfer to a baking dish, cover with cheese and milk mixture. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes at 180 � C.
Before serving, sprinkle with remaining grated parmesan.
