Souffle macaroni and cheese
3 eggs
3 g butter
1,5 Cup grated cheese
1,5 Cup milk
1 glass bread crumbs
1 glass ready-made pasta
1/4 head onions
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
Pour milk in a large pot, bring to boil, remove from heat, add the bread crumbs, stir, give the bread a little to soften, then add the grated cheese (I use cheddar), to cover, to postpone until the cheese melts.
Add to the mixture already prepared boiled pasta, whip whipped with salt, egg yolk, put the parsley and grated on a fine grater onion, pour in the melted butter, mix well everything.
The egg whisk into the liquid foam, pour in the mixture, again to mix.
Put everything in a baking dish with a capacity of about 1.5 l, bake in a preheated 175 degree oven until Golden brown, about 35 minutes
