Irish bread with raisins

1.5 glass buttermilk
1 yolk
1 large egg

Heat oven to 175 degrees on a baking sheet for baking parchment lay.
Stir flour with sugar, baking powder, salt and cumin.
Pre Frostbitten butter add to the flour mixture and stir with a knife to a state of crumbs.
Add raisins in the dough, mix until uniform.
Separately, whip the egg and buttermilk with baking soda, add to batter, stir with a fork until completely absorbed the liquid.
Molded dough round loaf of bread about 20 cm in diameter, put it on a baking sheet with parchment.
Whip cream with egg yolk, coat with bread, then a knife to make it cut criss-cross.
Bake bread in Irish with raisins in a preheated oven for 35 minutes, then deploy the pan, bake for another 35 minutes, check the readiness of wooden stick - if the bread is ready, it will leave it dry, cool on a lattice.
