Orange biscotti with nuts
2 Art. l. 2 cups flour (+).

2 h. l. orange peel
1.5 h. l. baking powder
1 h. l. anise seeds

Nuts on a baking sheet and put put in a preheated 175 degree oven for 5 minutes, to get, to pass on to the towel, remove the peel and coarsely chop.
Heat the oven to 160 degrees lower, lay on baking parchment.
Beat softened butter with a mixer, gradually introduce sugar, beat another 2 minutes to drive the eggs, beat the mixture until smooth.
Add oil mixture anise, zest and liqueur, whipped, enter the flour, baking powder and then, podsolit, uniformly mixed, add the nuts and stir again.
Sprinkle with flour a work surface, lay out the dough, divide it in half, halves to give the shape of elongated rectangles of not more than 5 cm in thickness, lay on baking sheet 5 cm apart, bake at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Ready biscotti lattice cool about 5 min, diagonally cut into slices having a thickness of 1 cm.
Lay down slices of orange biscotti with nuts on a baking sheet, bake for another 5-7 minutes, then leave on the grill to cool down.
