Cake with Orange Cranberry
Ingredients:
9 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
6 Art. l. cranberry
6 Art. l. sugar
2 Art. l. nuts, finely chopped
1 h. l. baking powder to the test
4 h. l. salt
1 pcs. egg
1 h. l. orange peel
6 Art. l. orange juice to the test - and cream - 2 tsp.
2 Art. l. mayonnaise
1 Art. l. margarine
200 g butter
4 Art. l. high fat sour cream
3 Art. l. condensed milk
You pass the cranberries, wash, rub with sugar, add the nuts, salt, sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Separately, beat the egg, enter zest, juice, mayonnaise and whisk until smooth. Connect the two parts, whisk.
Grease a baking margarine, put a layer of dough 2 cm thick. Bake 1 hour at 180 � C. Cool.
Oil whisk, gradually add the sour cream, condensed milk and juice. Cake cut into 2 layers, promazhte cream. Top complete your cake with cream, cranberries (1 tablespoon) and orange slices.
