Cranberry cake
Ingredients:
3 pcs. egg
4 Art. l. sugar
5 Art. l. milk

5 Art. l. wheat flour
2 Art. l. ground almonds
1 h. l. baking powder to the test
2 h. l. margarine for greasing
16 g gelatin
2 pcs. lemon
4 Art. l. powdered sugar
500 g vanilla yogurt
300 ml cream high fat
300 g cranberry compote
2 Art. l. orange liqueur

Biscuit cook prescription "cake with raspberry cream." Milk mix with egg yolks, nuts and baking powder together, add flour. Bottom split mold Shots paper, greased with margarine, put the dough and bake at 180 � C for 25 minutes. Ready cake cool.
Gelatin prescription "Strawberry mousse." Finely grate the zest of lemons and squeeze the juice. Mix with sugar and yogurt. Fan the gelatin over low heat, without boiling. A thin stream, stirring, pour it into the yoghurt mass. Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Whip cream, mix with solidifying mass. Pour the juice, the mass gained marble color. Pour liqueur cake, put a ring around it for the cake and place an even layer of cream. Cool in refrigerator 3:00.
Before serving, remove the ring, cake complete your berries cranberries, lemon balm leaves.
