Roll with cream cheese
Filling: heavy cream 35% - 300 gr., 2 tablespoons sugar, lemon juice to taste, gelatin - 1-2 tsp
Pour the gelatin with cold boiled water at the rate of 3 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon gelatin and dunk.
Put cheese in a bowl, add the egg yolks, flour, starch, baking powder and vanilla. Stir.
