Roll honey
For the dough:
250 g honey
8 Art. l. semolina or flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
6 pcs. eggs
coffee
1/2 h. l. Ground cinnamon
1 h. l. baking powder to the test
For the cream:
120 g honey
120 g butter
3 pcs. egg yolks
50 g chopped walnuts
1/2 h. l. sugar - vanilla
1/2 h. l. Ground cinnamon
For sweet:
250-300 g sugar
1 glass water
1 h. l. lemon juice
2 Art. l. strong coffee
To test the honey rub in a water bath with the yolks and coffee until smooth and increase in volume. Gradually enter grits or flour, baking powder, cinnamon, whipped to a froth protein mix.
The finished dough Put a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment and greased, bake until golden brown.
For the cream, mix honey with egg yolks, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Warm the mixture in a water bath until thick, then cool, add the softened butter, nuts and whisk.
For sweet water and sugar to a boil, add the lemon juice and stir and cook until cooked sweet. In the finished sweet, add coffee. To determine that the sweet, rub a drop of syrup between the thumb and index finger gets ready sweet white.
Baked cake lay on the damp cloth, gently remove the paper and with a cloth roll roll.
A few minutes later, expand the roll, brush the cake with cream and tightly roll up roll. Cover the surface of the cake fondant.
