Creamy cheese cake with prunes
0.5 glass sugar
100 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
3 pcs. eggs
2 Art. l. potato starch
1 h. l. baking powder
250 g soft cheese
250 g sour cream, 20% fat
200 g pitted prunes
10 g gelatin
50 g grated chocolate
Step 1
Gelatin in 0.25 cups of cold water. Prunes are put in a bowl, add 0.5 cups of warm water. Beat eggs with sugar, add sifted with baking powder and starch flour, stir and pour into a round shape for baking. Bake in a preheated 200 � C oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool without removing from the mold.
Step 2
Prunes cut into small pieces. Infusion of strain, pour into the gelatin and heat in a water bath to completely dissolve the gelatin.
Step 3
Beat the cream with cottage cheese and sugar, add gelatin and prunes. Stir and put it on the cake. Refrigerate until complete solidification. Before serving, remove from the mold and sprinkle with chocolate.
