4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
125 g sugar

For the filling and decoration:
6 g gelatin
300 g candied fruit
40 ml cherry vodka
400 ml cream
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
150 g dark chocolate glaze

The oven heated to 200C. The pan line paper. Two eggs, separate whites from yolks. A whisk for 5 minutes, beat the egg yolks, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of warm water and 50 grams of sugar. 2 protein shake with the remaining sugar and salt and whisk to combine yolk mass. Mix the flour, starch, cocoa, baking powder, then gently add the egg mass.
