Cake "Nocturne"
Ingredients:
200 g wheat flour

200 g chocolate dark
200 g butter
160 g sugar
100 g almonds crushed
20 g starch
8 PCs egg
180 g margarine or butter
160 g powdered sugar
40 g cocoa powder
15 g rum
The chocolate will melt in a water bath, cool, not allowing to harden.
Egg whites separate from the yolks. Cool, add a pinch of salt and whisk, adding 1/3 norms sugar, until a stable foam.
Oil and whisk yolks with the addition of 2/3 norms of sugar. When the sugar has dissolved, stir in flour, starch, almonds and chocolate, mix well. Type of beaten egg whites and again gently mix.
The dough is put in a greased form, floured, and bake in oven for 1 hour 20 minutes at 180 �C.
For the cream beat butter with powdered sugar until fluffy mass, add the rum and cocoa, mix well.
Cool the cake on the grill, cut into 2-3 layer, brush them with the cream and fold on each other. The sides and top decorate with cream if desired. For decoration you can use ready-made biscuits or meringue.
