Biscuit:
100 g ground almonds
75 g sugar
25 g starch
25 g flour

From baking paper to make a stencil by drawing circles 20 cm in diameter and cutting them.
The circles should be cut to the middle and fold made, staple pin, put the sharp side down in the appropriate glasses.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat the whites, add 1 pinch of salt, in the stable foam, and then, continuing to whisk, to enter the sugar, then add the yolks.
Mix the flour, starch and ground almonds, to introduce gradually to the egg mass, pour the dough into the pastry bag, to isolate harvested in the form of paper.
Bake the biscuits in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees, allow to cool.
Be crushed pistachios on a water bath to melt the chocolate.
Remove biscuits paper, cut off the base with a knife, making them sustainable.
With a brush, coat the biscuits with melted chocolate, then coat in breadcrumbs in the pistachios, then apply the red balls out of any jam using toothpicks or confectionery syringe.
Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar with a teaspoon to water the trees and from above to make the snow caps of powdered sugar.
Serve cakes biscuit "Christmas tree" on Christmas table as a dessert.
