Ingredients:
8 pcs. egg white
150 g sugar dough - and cream - 120 g
200 g peeled almonds
1 Art. l. Cocoa powder
2 Art. l. dried, ground
8 pcs. yolk
wheat flour - a pinch

400 g milk
150 g butter
100 g chocolate
whipped cream and almonds for decoration
Proteins whisk until a stable foam, add the sugar in three steps, Laced crushed in a blender almonds, cocoa powder and biscuits. From the resulting mass bake cake 3.
Cream the egg yolks with the sugar until white mash, add the flour, pour a thin stream of warm milk and warm water bath, stirring constantly, until thickened. The resulting mass is cool. In the cooled cream whipped enter the white-hot oil and grated chocolate.
Grease cream and cakes stacked. Cake on top and brush with cream, whipped cream and complete your almonds.
