Pancake meatless cake with almonds and banana
Dough:
400 ml water
2 g compressed yeast
7 Art. l. wheat flour

1 Art. l. vegetable oil
6 h. l. sugar
1 pinch of salt
Cream:
400 ml soy milk / coconut milk / water
2 a handful of chopped almonds
2 banana
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
3.5 Art. l. cocoa powder
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
Water or soy or coconut milk is put on the stove, add the almonds, bring everything to a boil, immediately turn off the heat, add the cocoa, sliced bananas, butter and vanilla sugar, whisk blender until smooth, if the cream has thickened, add a little flour.
Combine all ingredients for pancakes, knead the dough, leave for a while, then bake pancakes in a frying pan in a conventional manner.
Ready pancakes immediately promazyvat cream and stack on top of each other (each - about 3 tablespoons of cream).
