Pancakes with banana and yogurt
For the pancakes:
1,5-2 glass milk

3/4 glass flour
1 egg
1 egg white
2 tbsp. honey
230 g banana or vanilla yogurt
1 banana
0,5 tsp. vanilla extract
sprigs of mint
powdered sugar
Prepare the pancakes:
Whisk together milk, flour, egg and egg white. Add 1 tbsp. of honey. Beat the dough for 5 minutes. Heat a pan, grease with butter. Apacite pancakes, pour the dough in small portions. Each pancake butter, so they are not stuck together.
Mix yogurt, vanilla, and remaining honey in a blender. Banana cut into small pieces, stuff the pancakes with banana and pour yogurt sauce. Roll the crepes and serve on a plate, garnirovat with a sprig of mint and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
