Pancakes with banana

1 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

0.5 glass vegetable oil

500 g yogurt

2 eggs

1 banana

1 Art. l. sugar

? h. l. salt

? h. l. baking powder to the test

Combine flour and baking powder, add sugar and salt, pour yogurt, whisk, add the eggs.

Banana mash with a fork, then grind it in a blender, combine with the dough.

Bake the muffins in the hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
