Banana muffins

100 g butter
Which oil to choose? we'll show

2.5 cup wheat flour

2 eggs

2 banana

0.8 cup fine white sugar

0.2 cup cane sugar

2 tsp baking powder

Mix sugar with both types of oil to drive eggs, leavening agent added to the flour and mix until uniform.

Mash the bananas with a fork, mix with the dough.

The dough should have uncool if it is too liquid consistency, add more flour.

Pour the batter into cupcake tins, bake muffins banana at 200 degrees in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
