Banana-oatmeal muffins
330 oatmeal
200 g flour
180 g brown sugar
130 g butter
2 eggs
1 glass mashed bananas with a fork
1 h. l. soda
1 h. l. vanilla essence
? h. l. salt
Crumb:
? glass oatmeal noodles
1/3 glass brown sugar
2 Art. l. chopped walnuts
2 Art. l. melted butter
? h. l. cinnamon
Lubricate square baking dish with sides of about 20 cm butter (1/2 tablespoon) and pave the parchment.
Stir in oatmeal bowl with the flour, baking soda extinguished, salt and set aside.
In another bowl whisk the remaining butter with the sugar, eggs one at a time to enter, and then mashed bananas and in the last instance vanilla essence.
Dry oat flour mixture gradually pour in the banana-cream, stirring to obtain a homogeneous dough.
Put the dough into the baking tin.
Prepare crumb: oatmeal combine with sugar, nuts, cinnamon and butter mixture evenly lay out the entire surface of the dough.
Bake banana-oatmeal cake at 180 degrees in preheated oven for about 40 minutes until tender.
