Dessert pie with oatmeal, nuts, carrots
200 g margarine
1.5 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
? glass confiture
? glass milk
2-3 carrots
3 Art. l. of ground cashew nuts
3 Art. l. powdered sugar
2 Art. l. of ground oatmeal
1/3 Art. l. vanilla sugar
? Art. l. baking soda
Flour connect with nuts, oatmeal, vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and baking soda and mix.
Carrots grate, chop together with margarine, add flour mixture, milk, knead the dough uniform consistency, divide it in half, roll out in two layers.
Baking tray greased, it put a layer of dough, then an even layer of jam and cover with a second layer of cake dough.
Baked dessert pie with oatmeal, nuts, carrots for 40 minutes at 240 degrees, after cooking the cake to cool and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
